Terms and Conditions

To ensure the continuing pleasure of our guests and the community we live in, we request the following:

1. A cleaning deposit will be taken at time of booking. Assuming no cleaning is required or damage occurs, it will be refunded within 72 hours of departure. All decisions are the sole purview of SeaCat's Rest. 

2. Absolutely NO smoking

3. No pets (only certified service animals)

4. Quiet time: 10am to 8am. No loud music or TV, or other loud noise during this time, please.

5. Maximum 2 cars. No RVs or trailers or ATVs. Maximum two motorcycles. 

6. Washer / Dryer may only be used for personal clothes. No work clothes, utility garments or uniforms, or oily/very soiled clothes, please. 

7. No kayaks/ canoes/ heavily soiled clothes / fishing gear / hunting gear/ catch in the house, please. A lockable shed can be provided for a nominal additional cost. All clean-up of the shed is your responsibility. 

8. Netflix, Amazon and other online accounts are your responsibility. We do not provide these. Please ensure you remove your account before your departure. 

9. The security access code you are given upon booking is specific to you and your party. This provides you with self-check-in via a keypad. It will be changed upon your departure. 

10. Maximum 4 guests, please. 

11. (Self) Check-in after 3:00 p.m. Checkout no later than 11:00 a.m. 

12. Cancellation Policy - Up to 2 days prior, no charge. Less than 2 days prior (beginning at 00:01AM), no refund. 

13. Alarms - Smoke and CO2 alarms are active. 

14. Security - Exterior cameras are active
