Lenoir Forge Museum is open June 2 – Oct. 16, 2026. 

July 1 – Aug. 28 -Site Hours  Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 – 5:00. Closed Sunday & Monday  

Sept 1 – Oct. 16 – Site Hours Tuesday to Friday 1:00 – 5:00

Saturday Aug. 22, 1:30 – Acadian Rug Hooking Workshop with Betty Ann Cormier pre-registration required! Cost: $140.00 includes materials. $100.00 without materials. Limited space!

August is Living History Month! Every Friday (7th, 14th, 21st & 28th) from 2:00 – 4:00 we will have community interpreters bring the museum to life! 

Blacksmithing demonstrations take place Thursday and Saturday afternoons from 2:00 to 4:00 during July and August.  For information about classes: 

Tea in The Museum - Wednesday afternoons July 8 to Sept. 22 from 2:00 – 4:00. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, treats and conversation.  $8.00 for IMHS members, $10.00 non-members.

Annual Book Sale - Saturday Sept. 12th 10:00 – 2:00 in the Boat Barn on the Lower Site, 708 Veterans Memorial Dr., Arichat.
